Shipping and Returns

Sterling Jewelry Supply ships Monday through Saturday. Free standard shipping for orders shipping over $35 of merchandise shipping within the USA. We do not cancel orders once they are placed.

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days if the merchandise is in its original, unused, undamaged condition and in its original packaging. Shipping charges (both ways) are not refunded. 

Return shipping guidelines: 
• Email us to obtain an RMA number first (required) 
• For your protection, please send your returns in a plain, rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We recommend that you insure your package. We will not credit you for items that arrive damaged. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. 
• Refunds for returns received within 30 days will be refunded directly to the original form of payment. Returns received after 30 days or without an RMA number appearing on the outside of the package will be returned to sender unopened. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The following items are not eligible for returns: 
• Special orders including special quantities not normally stocked
• Prepackaged beads or findings that have been unsealed or altered in any way, including wire and stringing materials that have been unspooled 
• Items sold by the foot, for example, bulk chain, leather and cord
